There are two factors that can cause your uploads to be slow:

• You are on a slow Internet connection (dialup/modem)
• Your images are very large

The best thing you can do in either case is to upload smaller versions of your image. No matter what size image you upload, our system will scale it to the correct size - but uploading images larger than 1024x768 will only make things slower.
