To edit your statement, click the Edit your Artist Statement link in your Control Panel and you will see a box to enter your statement. Visitors will see this when they first enter your website.

Many people prefer to write their artist statement in a Word processor and then simply copy and paste it into the text box for their website.

If you are using a New Customizable Skin, your artist statement on your home page is a great place to put keywords that can be picked up by Google. Make sure your name and what you do are listed several times for the best results.
