Add your Resume/CV by clicking Browse, then locating the file on your hard drive and clicking Open. Once you have selected your PDF file, click Upload, and be then just be patient. You might want to read How do I make a PDF file for my resume?

Since you can also change the name of this section to whatever you'd like, you could for example use it to host a price list or a downloadable artist statement. This, and the other navigation section's names can be changed in the 'Change your Navigation/Section Labels' section of your Control Panel.
