Add your Resume/CV by clicking Browse, then locating the file on your hard drive and clicking Open. Once you have selected your PDF file, click Upload, and be then just be patient. You might want to read How do I make a PDF file for my resume?

Under Display as, you can choose what the navigation on your site will call your file: Resume, CV, or Curriculum Vitae.

Future Updates: With OPP2 you will be able to change the name of this section to whatever you'd like in your site's navigation, so that you could use it for example, to host a price list or a downloadable artist statement. We are also hoping to add a Downloads section to the site, where you could host hi-res images, text work, or any sort of files for download.
